Terms of Service
1. What SLABDESK is
SLABDESK is an information terminal that aggregates and displays publicly available listings, prices, and market data for tokenized and graded trading cards from third-party marketplaces (including Collector Crypt, Courtyard, Phygitals, Beezie, eBay, and SNKRDUNK). We are an independent aggregator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of those marketplaces, grading companies, or card publishers.
SLABDESK does not custody assets, execute trades, process payments, or facilitate transactions. When you choose to buy or sell, you do so directly on a third-party marketplace under that marketplace’s own terms.
2. Not financial advice
Everything on SLABDESK — including fair-market-value estimates, “deal” and discount indicators, trend lines, valuations, population data, gacha expected-value figures, loan opportunities, and any other metric — is informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or wrong. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Collectible trading cards and tokenized assets are volatile, illiquid, and speculative; you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for doing your own research. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
3. Data accuracy and availability
Market data is gathered from third parties and on-chain sources on a delay and may not reflect the current state of any marketplace. Listings shown here may already be sold, withdrawn, or mispriced. Prices, certifications, grades, and card identities are matched algorithmically and can be wrong. We provide the service “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime. Always verify on the source marketplace before acting.
4. Outbound and affiliate links
SLABDESK links out to third-party marketplaces. Some of these links may be affiliate or referral links, meaning we could earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. The presence of a link is not an endorsement, and a commission does not affect the prices, deal indicators, or rankings we show. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or conduct of any third-party site.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute SLABDESK’s data at scale; not to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its rate limits; not to misrepresent the service; and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the stability or integrity of the service.
6. Beta, accounts, and your data
During beta there are no user accounts. Features like your collection and watchlist are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers (see the Privacy Policy). We may add, change, or remove features, and may end the beta, without notice. Locally stored data can be lost if you clear your browser.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLABDESK and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading, purchase, or investment losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data. The service is provided without warranty of any kind.
8. Changes and contact
